The State of New York is seeking a vendor to provide a job evaluation system designed to ensure pay equity and enable accurate job valuation across a variety of occupations. The selected system must be a commercially available production version capable of assigning salary grades to titles or positions within the state’s existing salary structure. This assignment will be based on a set of evaluation factors and weights, which will be determined collaboratively by the department and the contractor.
The scope of work includes delivering a comprehensive solution that encompasses the provision of system licenses and subscriptions, implementation consultation, and training for up to 25 users. The vendor will be expected to offer expert guidance during the setup and integration phase to ensure a smooth transition. The contract for these services will extend over a five-year period.
