The Province of Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide Jira Cloud subscription services for a two-year term supporting up to 600 users. The required services include Jira Service Management (Cloud – Enterprise Plan) for 600 agents, Jira Software (Cloud – Premium Plan) for 300 users, and several add-on solutions, such as Actions for Jira Service Management, AIO Tests (All-in-One Test Management for Jira), Better PDF Exporter for Jira, Comment History Log for Jira, Email This Issue, Extension for Jira Service Management, and Issue History Collector – all to cover up to 600 users per service.
Vendors interested in this opportunity should have experience delivering and managing Jira Cloud subscriptions and associated plugins at an enterprise level. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by December 1, 2025. This contract will span a period of two years.
