The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for the North Central District Office, located at 3040 Enterprise Drive, Salina, Kansas. The facility has approximately 8,800 square feet of cleanable area, consisting primarily of hard floor surfaces with some rug areas at two primary entrances. The contract term is five years, from May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2032. Services are to be performed twice weekly after normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST). The contractor is responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, equipment, and labor.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
