The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet requires janitorial services for the Department of Vehicle Regulation Real ID Office located at 374 Borax Dr, Henderson, KY 42420. The facility is a 2,776 sq. ft. office building with approximately 17 employees and 100-200 daily visitors. Services include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks as specified. The initial contract period is one year, beginning no earlier than November 30, 2026, and expiring November 30, 2027, with four optional one-year renewal periods.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 24 months of experience in business
Must complete a pre-bid site visit and obtain a signed Site Visit Validation Form
Must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service System
Must provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
Must provide proof of Kentucky Workers Compensation Insurance if applicable
Must submit Attachment F - Site Visit Validation Form
