Comprehensive resident record-keeping capabilities are required, covering demographics, photos/mugshots, medical and mental health information (as permitted by law), incident history, disciplinary records, education participation, visitation, phone/video call logs, case management interactions, and program attendance. The solution must facilitate intake, inventory tracking, storage, and release workflows for resident personal property, including the logging of items, receipts, chain-of-custody tracking, and audit trails.

The system should feature configurable forms, templates, and workflows adaptable to facility policies, accreditation standards, and operational procedures, without necessitating software code changes. Integration with law enforcement RMS/JMS, courts, education systems, medical providers, the county’s automated victim notification system, and state data systems is required, in line with relevant security requirements. Mobile-friendly workflows must be supported for staff operating in various facility areas.
