USSOCOM's Joint Staff Intelligence (J2) Integrated Survey Program (ISP), in collaboration with SOFWERX, is seeking autonomous AI solutions that can modernize and improve the efficiency of facility surveys, mapping, and data exploitation. The ISP conducts comprehensive surveys of facilities worldwide, gathering detailed schematics, mapping helicopter landing zones, and documenting response routes for crisis situations. Currently, these missions require deploying teams of about six personnel for periods lasting two to four weeks, followed by extensive data processing. There is a significant interest in reducing both the duration of on-site deployments and overall manpower requirements through automation and advanced technologies.

To address these needs, the program is searching for solutions with specific capabilities: AI methodologies capable of processing structural blueprints to extract door, window, and wall geometries using tools like AutoCAD; technologies that automate the collection of routes between key urban terrain features; systems for mapping buildings and compounds even in the absence of existing data; and rapid photographic surveying tools for office buildings. Qualified industry, academic, and laboratory partners whose solutions meet the requirements will have the opportunity to enter into agreements with USSOCOM.

A Collaboration Event (CE) is scheduled for 31 March 2026, where selected solution providers will engage with Warfighters to better understand operational needs and establish potential partnerships. Participation in the CE is optional, and interested parties may submit their technologies for the subsequent Assessment Event whether or not they attend. Attendance requests for the CE must be submitted by 3 March, and invitations will be extended to favorably evaluated applicants.
