J2 Integrated Survey Program (ISP) Autonomous Solutions Collaboration Event (CE) Request to Attend NLT 03 March 2026 11:59 PM ET, U.S. Persons Only. Purpose: SOFWERX, in collaboration with USSOCOM Joint Staff Intelligence (J2) Integrated Survey Program (ISP) will host a series of events to find new tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) to reduce cost and manpower requirements for SOCOM J2 ISP's collection, processing, dissemination and exploitation of data. Background: The ISP conducts in–depth surveys of facilities around the world, capturing detailed building schematics, possible helicopter landing zones, and routes used by responding forces in a crisis event. Surveys are currently performed by a team of approximately 6x personnel deployed for 2–4 weeks. Surveyors then conduct processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) over the course of roughly 6 weeks. The ISP team has been challenged by leadership, in coordination with SOFWERX, to develop tactics, techniques, and procedures to shorten the length of time Surveyors must be deployed as well as reduce the number of personnel deployed for a given survey. Objective: The ISP team believes that survey size and duration could be greatly reduced if automated solutions could be found with the following characteristics: An Artificial Intelligence (AI) methodology that can take structural blueprints and reduce the layers to door, window, and wall geometry using AutoCAD; methodologies and technologies that can automate route collection between key pieces of terrain in a city; methodologies and technologies that can map buildings and compounds without existing data; a way to quickly photograph an office building. Why You Should Participate: USSOCOM seeks to enter into non–FAR or FAR–based agreements with Industry, Academic, and National Lab partners whose solutions are favorably evaluated by USSOCOM J2 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The follow–on Assessment Event (AE) is considered competitive and solutions will be evaluated independently primarily for technical merit. This serves as notification of intent to research the feasibility of an agreement under 10 U.S. Code, Section 4022 and/or Section 4022(f), and as notice of pre–solicitation activities IAW FAR 5.204. Event Timeline: Phase 1 – 31 March 2026 Collaboration Event (CE): SOFWERX will host a Collaboration Event (CE) with Industry, Academic, and Laboratory partners focused on ISP Automation Solutions needs. During this event, Warfighters will interact with potential solution offerors and further communicate operational needs and desirements. Participation is not mandatory, but it is designed to provide insights to ensure potential offerors understand the problem set(s) fully and to increase the likelihood of matching their technologies with Warfighter needs. The CE is an opportunity for attendees to meet and form partnerships that may provide a more comprehensive solution. If you do not wish to participate in the CE, you are free to submit your technology on/around 05 May for the subsequent Assessment Event. Requests to attend the CE must be submitted by 03 March. Favorably evaluated requests will receive an invitation to attend the event on/around 10 March. Tentative Agenda: All times listed are in ET 9:00–9:30: Attendees Check-In; 9:45–9:50: SOFWERX Welcome Remarks.
