The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20, is seeking manufacturer-authorized service providers to deliver comprehensive software upgrades, support services, and licensing for MIM Nuclear Medicine software at the Portland VA Medical Center. Covered software includes MIM Encore, Sureplan MRT, Sureplan Y90, Assistant, Neuro, SPECTRA Quant, MIM Symphony DX, Contour ProtégéAI+, and Invia 4DM. The period of coverage varies by software component, with service periods spanning from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2030.

Under a firm fixed price agreement, the selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary resources to maintain the proper function and safety of the software and associated equipment. The scope of work includes performing mandatory software upgrades, annual maintenance, repairs, and full-service support. Services will be conducted on site at the VA Portland Health Care System, excluding federal holidays and weekends unless otherwise approved in advance.
