Notice of Sources Sought: The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20, is seeking manufacturer authorized service providers for support and service of various MIM Nuclear Medicine software licenses (MIM Encore, Sureplan MRT, Sureplan Y90, Assistant, Neuro, and Spectra Quant) at the Portland VA Medical Center. The scope includes software upgrades, support services, and maintenance for multiple MIM and Invia 4DM software products, including SPECTRA Quant, MIM SurePlan Liver Y90, MIM SurePlan MRT, MIM Symphony DX, and Contour ProtégéAI+. Coverage periods range from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2030 for different software components, with annual maintenance and repairs as required. The contractor will provide all resources to ensure proper functioning and safety of the software and any ancillary equipment, perform mandatory upgrades, and handle repairs. Work on site excludes federal holidays and weekends unless preapproved. The contract will be a firm fixed price, single-year, full-service maintenance and repair agreement. Place of performance is the VA Portland Health Care System.
