(1) Vendor needs to provide IT ticketing and asset management system. – Provide a modern, secure, and scalable IT Service Management (ITSM) solution. – The system must include an integrated IT Ticketing System and Asset Management Module to support IT operations, improve service delivery, enhance transparency, and ensure responsible stewardship of tax payer funded technology resources. – The solution should align with industry best practices (e.g., ITIL), support multi–departmental operations, and integrate with existing county systems and infrastructure. – Centralize the intake, tracking, and resolution of IT incidents and service requests. – Improve communication between IT staff and county employees. – Provide automation to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency. – Deliver robust reporting and dashboards for operational visibility and governance. – Provide comprehensive lifecycle management of county–owned IT assets. – Support compliance with county audit requirements, procurement policies, and record–keeping standards. – Additional forms of entry such as mobile web, iOS or Android application. – Able to clone records and edit details to create new records. – Enable future scalability and expansion into additional ITSM modules. – Responsive interface for editing and updating tickets, and inventory. – Able to clone records and edit details to create new records. – Able to edit records in a grid view. – Computer Workstations. – Able to remotely view and control remote PCs. – Allow requests to come from a technician interface, as well as a secondary source such as API, web form, or automated import process. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Optional pre–bid meeting will be held on February 19, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026.
