The Government seeks a vendor to provide IT software licensing and an operation maintenance solution. The selected vendor will assist in executing upgrades, applying bug fixes, and implementing software enhancements across the Government's systems. Duties include updating existing reports or creating new ones as requested and enabling electronic reporting and tracking of issues.

The vendor will be responsible for supporting production-to-QA data synchronization to ensure accurate testing environments. Additionally, the vendor will help implement approved changes within the FedHealth environment, covering Development, Quality Assurance, Staging, and Production, through maintenance and management of existing configurations.
