A county in Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an IT Service Management (ITSM) system. The required system should support management of IT service requests, survey data collection and reporting, technical assistance requests, change management, problem management, self-service ticket management, asset management, knowledge base management, reporting services, and break–fix incident requests.

Vendors are expected to provide comprehensive training services, including but not limited to platform fundamentals, ITSM workflows, ServiceNow administration, reporting, and any additional recommended or requested topics. This training will ensure the county's staff can independently maintain the platform after implementation.

Additionally, there are optional module implementations that may be included at a later date. These modules include IT Operations Management, Field Service Management, Customer Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Workflow Data Fabric Standard, Integrated Risk Management, and any additional modules that meet county requirements and are offered by the contractor.
