The government authority in Stanton, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide managed IT and cybersecurity services. The selected vendor must meet county insurance requirements, demonstrate experience and qualifications in managed IT services, and possess relevant cybersecurity certifications for security program management and data analysis. All personnel must have successfully passed background checks with the Michigan State Police, with documentation on file.
The systems supported include the County Sheriff’s Department and County Jail’s jail door control system (Johnson Controls), in-car and body-cam video systems (Axon), the 800MHz trunked radio systems (Motorola Systems Inc.), computer-aided dispatch terminal systems (incorporating rugged laptops, LTE modems, and VPN connections), and the TALON/TIMS web-based application hosted at 9-1-1 facilities. The vendor will also facilitate limited Internet access to in-car computers for law enforcement activities and provide both remote and occasional in-person support.
