The City seeks a qualified vendor to provide IT hardware, software, and a range of professional services to support and improve its technology environment. The selected firm will be responsible for administering and coordinating all related services, serving as the Account Manager, and bringing the necessary expertise to implement solutions either directly or in partnership with existing city staff and partners.
Key responsibilities include providing consulting and ongoing improvements for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online, along with supporting and managing data centre hardware and infrastructure. The vendor will ensure that backoffice and support technologies align with the City's network architecture and provide support for cloud workloads compliant with privacy laws. Additional duties encompass end user desktop and laptop installation and support, server and infrastructure management at various city data centres, and the support of field technology.
Further services include hardware and software licensing, procurement, and support, as well as supplying staff augmentation and managed services to support Microsoft Endpoint Manager. The chosen company will collaborate closely with the City to understand and support its business environment and key stakeholder objectives throughout the three-year contract term.
