The government authority in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide IT deskside support technician services. Key responsibilities include verifying configuration and troubleshooting, such as confirming successful device enrollment into Intune and Azure AD / Entra ID, along with validating application installations, configuration policies, and device compliance status.

The selected contractor will execute endpoint deployment services, which involves hands-on deployment and lifecycle management of agency-issued Windows and Mac devices. These tasks include physical preparation, onboarding, and registration of devices into Microsoft Autopilot and Apple Business Manager/JAMF as appropriate.

Additionally, the contractor is responsible for Tier II end-user desktop support, addressing common technical issues, and providing functional support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and the Windows operating system. The contract is anticipated to last one year.
