A government authority in West Columbia, South Carolina is seeking IT consulting services to assess and strengthen the College’s technology governance, infrastructure, and systems alignment. The selected consultant will conduct a comprehensive review of the current technology environment, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing organizational structure, operational efficiency, data integrity, security compliance, and user experience.

Responsibilities include developing recommendations for an optimal structure to oversee college-wide technology initiatives, designing a framework for collaboration and communication on technology matters, and conducting a full inventory of technology tools and platforms across all divisions. The consultant is expected to recommend system consolidations, upgrades, or replacements based on performance, compatibility, and effectiveness, and assess critical technology infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
