The government authority in Geneva, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive IT consulting and project management services. The selected firm will supplement and support internal staff for technology implementation, project and program management, and the management of RFPs, as well as strategy and architecture.
Responsibilities include the development and oversight of project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure achievement of project goals. The vendor must offer subject-matter expertise across a variety of systems and platforms such as court case management, ERP, public safety, 911, telephony, and radio communications systems.
The scope of work encompasses conducting business requirements analysis, documenting workflows, advising on compliance, cybersecurity, data governance, and IT best practices. Additional responsibilities involve supporting technologies for law enforcement, emergency management, and dispatch operations, as well as providing enterprise IT governance and project portfolio oversight.
The contract will be for a period of three years.
