An organization in Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide Milestone XProtect Expert IT camera software, licenses, and associated services for the 2026–2027 period. The required items include one Milestone XProtect Expert Base License and 788 Device Licenses, along with one year of Care Plus support for both. The project scope covers complete project management from initiation through completion, including 8 hours of training support for IT staff.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the initial onsite installation and configuration of the Milestone XProtect Video Management System (VMS), as well as the setup of a failover core VMS server. Services also include a gradual, phased migration of recording servers and cameras from the existing Pelco VMS to Milestone XProtect VMS, comprehensive testing of camera and recording stability, and validation of failover functionality. Recording settings require constant recording at full frames Monday through Friday during business hours, and key frames with motion detection at full frames during all other times.
