(1) Vendor needs to provide irrigation system improvements service to the government authority located in Gilbert, AZ.– Lakes renovation and irrigation system replacement and Crossroads Lake renovation and irrigation system replacement– The scope includes lake dredging, lake liner replacements, pump replacements and upgrades, turf removal to eliminate run–off into lakes, aeration equipment upgrades, reconditioning of pump stations, and other related lake operational system improvements– The scope also includes irrigation system improvements at Freestone and Crossroads Parks that will include a complete replacement of the irrigation system from downstream of the existing pump stations– The new irrigation system will be designed to accommodate potential future park needs, development and address deficiencies within the existing system (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026.
