A qualified vendor is sought to provide comprehensive maintenance services for a landscape irrigation system in Illinois. The scope of work includes Spring setup, activation, and full system testing, as well as mid-season inspections and necessary repairs to ensure optimal operation throughout the growing season.
The vendor will collaborate with the local Water Division to reactivate the irrigation system each Spring, conduct thorough leak checks, adjust sprinkler heads and coverage patterns, program timers, and test the backflow prevention device. Submission of backflow device test reports to the Village’s designated monitoring vendor is also required. Additionally, the scope covers system turn-off and winterization procedures in the Fall to protect the system during the off-season.
Vendors with experience in landscape irrigation system maintenance, inspection, and compliance reporting are encouraged to respond.
