The ideal solution will securely connect with email systems through IMAP, SMTP, or Microsoft Exchange, centralizing invoice-related communications from multiple inboxes into a unified dashboard. Key features should include automatic detection and categorization of invoice emails using subject lines, keywords, and sender metadata, as well as customizable auto-reply generation based on sender or message content.

The system must log and securely archive all communications, offering tagging, filtering, and sorting of emails by status, alongside advanced search capabilities and customizable dashboard views. Comprehensive reporting on email volume, response times, and invoice status should be available. Integration with PeopleSoft and existing document management systems is necessary, and the tool should support API access for third-party integrations. Additionally, the solution must incorporate AI-based extraction of invoice details and OCR capability for scanned invoice attachments.
