The primary goal is to evaluate off-the-shelf software capable of managing internal investment pools, including pools with an unlimited number of participating funds, and to support integration with Oracle systems.

Key functional requirements include the ability to manage multiple internal investment pools, import custom Oracle export files containing daily fund balances, and allocate earnings to participating funds based on average daily balances. The system must support various types of allocations within the same period, such as interest earnings, gains and losses, changes in market value, and amortizations or accretions. Additional capabilities should include redirecting allocations between funds, allocating negative interest (fees) to funds with negative balances, and generating standardized export files for allocation journal entries that can be posted by fund, asset class, investment class, investment type, or other grouping. Experience with system integration to Oracle General Ledger is required.
