The university or government authority located in Houston, Texas, is seeking investment management services. The selected vendor will provide investment management support as needed, including reviewing investment-related policies and procedures and recommending appropriate changes.

Services will include portfolio analysis, asset allocation and structural recommendations, monthly flash reports, and quarterly performance reports. Reporting is expected to include total fund and individual asset-class performance data and analysis, return attribution, portfolio characteristics, style and risk analysis, peer universe comparisons, and holdings analysis relative to benchmarks.

The vendor will also support the selection, retention, and dismissal of investment managers; conduct due diligence and provide summary reporting; research investment markets; monitor and rebalance portfolios; and provide a monthly summary and commentary on developments in domestic and global equity and debt markets.
