The government authority located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, is seeking investment consultant services to support both the agency and the Town's other post-employment benefits trust. The selected firm will serve as Investment Consultant, providing regular monitoring of the Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (or the current investment manager) and assessing the performance of each fund managed for the Wellesley pension plan.
The consultant is responsible for reporting on the asset performance of each fund managed by investment managers, as well as the overall performance of total plan assets, at a minimum on a quarterly basis. Participation in Board meetings is required at least semi-annually, with duties including delivering performance reviews and manager reviews after both the fiscal and calendar year ends.
In addition, the Investment Consultant will review the System's investment policy with the Retirement Board, ensuring asset allocation policy reviews occur at least once annually.
