The government authority in Rhode Island is seeking a qualified vendor to provide investment banking and underwriting services. The selected firm will serve as the senior managing underwriter for the authority’s proposed grant anticipation refunding bonds.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed debt service and refunding cash flow scenarios, reviewing all documents related to the financing, and participating in meetings with rating agencies. The vendor will develop and implement a marketing plan designed to generate strong investor interest, assist with the creation and execution of an investor road show, and provide support for various matters related to the closing of the bond sale, including supplying any required certificates or documents.

Additionally, the firm will deliver a comprehensive post-sale report and is expected to complete all services to the satisfaction of the authority, treasury, staff, municipal advisors, and bond counsel.
