Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to develop and redesign investment attraction marketing materials for key industry sectors. The selected vendor will be responsible for creating updated materials to support targeted investment initiatives and to more effectively communicate the province’s strengths and opportunities within advanced manufacturing, agri-innovation, life sciences, information and communications technology (ICT), and cleantech sectors.

Expertise in strategic marketing and branding is required, including the capability to craft compelling value propositions and cohesive brand identities that resonate with economic development audiences. The vendor should also demonstrate a thorough understanding of investment attraction strategies, sector promotion, and the unique requirements of municipal and government marketing, including relevant best practices and regulations.

Responsibilities include content development and copywriting for a variety of formats such as sector profiles, one-pagers, and responses to Request For Information inquiries. Proficiency in graphic design and layout using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on both print and digital materials, is essential. All content should be accessible and user-friendly as part of the suite of investment marketing assets.
