City Of Manteca
The City of Manteca is seeking an experienced vendor to provide investment advisory services. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing the city's current investment program and offering recommendations to optimize the City of Manteca's Investment Policy. In addition, guidance regarding liquidity management and strategies to achieve the city's investment objectives, as well as selecting an appropriate performance benchmark, will be required.
The engagement also involves preparing detailed investment reports. These reports should include, but are not limited to, comprehensive information on portfolio holdings such as accrued interest, amortized cost, market values, security ratings, transaction details, principal and interest payments, earnings, and portfolio summary statistics.
