The selected firm will be responsible for integrating mission-aligned and regionally focused investment principles into a diversified, multi-asset portfolio, ensuring effective and cost-efficient advisory and fund management in compliance with the authority's Investment Policy.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the development, implementation, and periodic review of the Investment Policy Statement, as well as development of investment policies, reporting mechanisms, and strategic planning. The vendor will also conduct studies and make recommendations to align investments with the institution’s goals and risk tolerance, ensuring full compliance with applicable federal and state laws relevant to nonprofit and higher education investments.

Additionally, the contractor is expected to prepare and deliver overview presentations or educational workshops on markets and investment strategies.
