A vendor is sought to provide access to investigative software capable of retrieving and aggregating diverse public and private records. The software should provide comprehensive access to business records, local agency data, cross-jurisdictional information, federal sources, as well as records from local and national law enforcement agencies.
Additionally, the required service must facilitate access to criminal and consumer records, property and vehicle records, title and license plate information, insurance records including claims, bankruptcy filings, and phone records. The solution should enable authorized personnel to effectively utilize these public record datasets for investigatory purposes.
