Vendor needs to provide inventory management software. • Consolidated request/order processing and inventory lifecycle management • Real–time stock level monitoring • Comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities • Segregation of duties to include ordering, receiving, order picking, shipment readiness, tracking, approval, payment tracking • User Access Controls and audit logs for data security • Structured export reports to People soft Finance for invoice processing • Data migration of inventory data from current systems, spreadsheets and SharePoint lists to new system • Support the business transition to the new IMS platform through the provisioning of a high–level change approach • Collaboration with and contributions to effective communications, change management, and training support • Post–go live product support • Data Migration / Validation. The contract period will be for three years.
