(1) Vendor needs to provide inventory management software.– Ability to manage assets from procurement to disposal, including warranty and contract tracking, depreciation, repair history, and maintenance schedules.– Provide automated hardware discovery reports by scanning the network to identify and inventory hardware.– Provide both mobile app and barcode scanning, auditing, and maintenance logging from anywhere, including offline mode.– Ability to integrate with third–party tools, including finance and information technology service management.– Ability to customize fields, workflows, and dashboards without coding, adapting to specific business processes.– Provide multi–site configuration with global users and administrators with role–based permissions.– Ability to create unique classes of inventory descriptors.– Provide a web–based interface. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
