(1) Vendor needs to provide intoxilyzer software.– Software must interface with existing CMI Intoxilyzer 9000 instruments (I–9000 COBRA Database) and with Forensic Advantage (FA) Breath Alcohol Database (BrAD), the existing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) of the LVMPD Forensic Laboratory.– Software must be able to interface with networks.– Software must be capable of providing consistent reporting for both Intoxilyzer 8000 instruments and Intoxilyzer 9000 instruments.– Software must be capable of generating data reports on detailed subject tests, devices calibrated, and officers trained for use in connection with impaired–driving enforcement and programs.– Software must be capable of generating custom reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.
