Summary:
Florida seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive intersection automated enforcement safety system, including installation, operation, and online case management.
(1) Vendor needs to provide intersection automated enforcement safety system. – The Contractor shall provide comprehensive and fully integrated Intersection Automated Enforcement Safety System. – The Contractor shall provide secure, internet–based viewing capability to members of the public who receive mailed violation documents and in support of Court operations. – The system shall include a two–factor user authentication protocol for any web enabled application. – The system shall provide the County with an on–line case management and violation adjudication capability. – The Contractor shall provide initial processing of data such as images and video for the officers to review prior to providing access to chargeable violations. – The Contractor shall deploy red light, traffic infraction detector equipment at designated arterial intersections, covering one to four approaches at each intersection. – The contracted services shall include all hardware, software, installation, maintenance, operation, and all back–office processing of violations as specified. – As part of this process, the Contractor shall develop baseline data for one to four (1–4) selected approaches at each candidate intersection by monitoring for a minimum of 24 consecutive hours to quantify the frequency of red–light violations during that period. – This data will support both intersection and approach selection and will serve as baseline information for project evaluation purposes. – The Contractor shall provide site design, installation, maintenance, and operation of Intersection Automated Enforcement Safety Systems at all selected intersections. – The Contractor shall provide an on–line module which will enable hearing, adjudication, and payment processing at no additional cost to the agency. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
