Internet Content Filtering: – Real–time filtering of web content across all devices. – Reporting and alerting capabilities. – SSL decryption and inspection. – Parent notifications and summary reports sent on a scheduled basis. – Guest network filtering policy for non–district devices to use for safe internet browsing. 2. Student wellness monitoring: – AI–driven and human analysis of student activity (e.g., search queries, documents, emails) to detect signs of self–harm, bullying, or mental health concerns. – Must integrate with Google Suite. – Capable of Google or Classlink Single Sign on. 3. Classroom management: – Real–time visibility into student screens. – Ability to lock screens, push URLs, and monitor engagement. – Messaging and feedback tools for teachers. – Integrates with Google Classroom and Classlink for auto and manual rostering. – Role–based access controls. – Integration with Internet content filtering for teachers to allow/block websites per class period – Capable of monitoring Windows, Mac and Chrome OS devices. – Capable of Google or Classlink single sign on (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on February 24, 2026.
