The complete voting platform, incorporating both the Internet and telephone voting system options, must be capable of providing high service availability for all eligible voters, scaling to meet the demands of peak voting times, and completing the tabulation of results promptly after the legislated close of voting on the final voting day. The Solution must also securely and seamlessly integrate with the Internet voters’ list management application, DataFix’s VoterView, to support the integrity of the voting process through real–time voter additions, corrections, and strike–offs.
