West Virginia is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive internet access, web hosting, and Domain Name Service (DNS) solutions for PK–12 sites. The selected vendor will deliver reliable internet connectivity, maintain and support DNS in alignment with established naming conventions, and issue appropriate security certificates to ensure secure website operations.

The scope of services includes managing all aspects of hardware, software, and technical support related to web hosting. Vendors will be responsible for all costs and logistics required for the seamless transfer of websites, DNS entries, secure sites, and listserv services to the new system, ensuring no loss of service or connectivity during this process. A clear transition timeline is required.

In addition, the vendor must provide a designated E-Rate contact, complete with name, phone number, and email address, to facilitate communications and support for E-Rate compliance. Vendors must submit any questions regarding the project by January 20, 2026.
