Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is soliciting proposals for international teacher recruitment and placement services. The scope includes recruitment, candidate screening, placement, program administration, onboarding, arrival support, and ongoing candidate support. Visa sponsorship and associated fees are the responsibility of the individual teacher or the partnering organization and are excluded from the scope. The contract term is not to exceed 60 months.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have all licenses, permissions, and certifications required to perform the services
Must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000
Must maintain Automobile Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 if coming on-site
Must maintain Professional Liability Insurance of $1,000,000
Must maintain Sexual Abuse and Molestation Insurance of $1,000,000
Must maintain Cyber/Privacy Insurance of $1,000,000 (for <25 schools) or $2,000,000 (for 25+ schools)
Must maintain Technology Errors and Omissions Coverage of $1,000,000
Must maintain Workers' Compensation Insurance with statutory limits
