A government authority in Clarksville, TN is seeking a vendor to perform comprehensive interior renovations for approximately 18,306 square feet of existing suites. The scope of work includes controlled demolition, as well as upgrades to exterior concrete sidewalks, concrete slab patching, and masonry work at new openings. Renovations will also involve architectural cabinetry, minor repairs to Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (E.I.F.S.), application of sealants, installation of wood doors, aluminum storefront systems, finish hardware, metal stud framing, drywall, ceramic floor tile and base, carpet tile, luxury vinyl flooring, resilient base, and acoustical ceiling panels. Interior and exterior painting are also required.

The project further encompasses plumbing, sprinkler systems, ductwork and HVAC upgrades, electrical system improvements, and associated construction tasks.
