The City of Kent, WA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive interior redesign and construction management services for public and staff spaces within existing facilities. The scope of work includes redesigning interiors in accordance with provided style and design guides to enhance the aesthetic and functional qualities of both public and staff areas.

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering full construction management services, encompassing contract administration, reviewing submittals and requests for information, generating and reviewing change orders, reviewing pay applications, conducting inspections and construction observation, overseeing commissioning, and managing project closeout with the provision of as-built drawings. The vendor is also expected to develop all necessary plans, specifications, cost estimates, and timelines to facilitate the construction process, and provide complete design phase services. The contract will span a period of three years.
