(1) Vendor needs to provide interior redesign service to the government authority located in Kent, WA. Interiors redesign of spaces using provided style and design guides for the public and staff areas in the existing. Provide full Construction Management services including but not limited to contract administration, review of submittals and requests for information, review and or generation of change orders, review of pay applications, inspection and construction observation, commissioning, and project closeout including as–built drawings. Produce plans, specifications, cost estimates and timelines necessary for construction. Provide all design phase services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 12, 2026.
