Proposals should identify the quantity and type of signs recommended, specify materials, include labour and installation fees, and detail the project scope.

Design requirements include full-color renderings for accurate design and color replication, maintenance of existing signage's functionality and appearance, as well as detailed message lists, typestyles, graphic elements—including raised characters and Braille—and quarter-scale layouts for each sign. Vendors must also supply scaled drawings illustrating graphic elements in relation to all permanent architectural features and equipment within the area, outlining interactions with vinyl films, and provide information on existing surrounding elements.

Proposals should demonstrate an understanding of signage integration into the facility’s environment and address all aspects of design, installation, and maintenance.
