(1) Vendor needs to provide interim assessment system. – The system must align with agency’s instructional priorities, provide actionable and equitable data, and support sustainable implementation across all school sites. – Offer flexible data export options for analysis, visualization, and integration into dashboards or board reports. – The system must generate timely, actionable data that educators, students, and families can interpret and use to improve learning outcomes. – Provide real–time, actionable reports at the student, class, school, and district levels. Reports are filterable by course section/period for secondary teachers. – Provide longitudinal views of student performance that span multiple years and assessment windows. – Provide family– and student–friendly reporting that communicates progress clearly and supports engagement at home. – Include indicators for rapid guessing, disengagement, or non–effortful responding.
