Vendor needs to provide interactive voice response system. i. Web–Based Input Form: Authorized staff can manually enter winning numbers for various games, as mandated to have separate systems. ii. Automated Data Synchronization: Winning numbers shall be automatically fetched from the central gaming system via secure API integration. iii. Multi–Channel Update: Winning numbers shall be simultaneously updated across IVR, website, mobile app, and SMS services. iv. Voice Prompt Management: New number recordings can be dynamically generated using AI–generated text–to–speech or pre–recorded audio files. v. Audit Logging & Verification: Every update shall be logged with timestamps, user credentials, and approval status.
