The Jamaica Plain Boston Healthcare System, through the Department of Veterans Affairs, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Radformation Inc. for the provision of radiotherapy automated software. This contract is planned for a one-year base period with four additional option years of service, supporting the medical center’s radiation therapy needs.

The decision to proceed with a sole source award is based on the determination that Radformation Inc. is the only responsible source capable of providing the specialized software required to meet the agency’s technical and operational requirements. Organizations that believe they are capable of providing equivalent software and services may submit relevant documentation for consideration. Any information received will assist the government in determining whether a competitive procurement process is warranted.

This notification does not constitute a request for proposals or a solicitation. The government retains full discretion in making a determination regarding competition based on information submitted.
