The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center (NIH–CC) has announced its intent to award a sole source contract to LabVantage Solutions, Inc. for post-installation software licensing and support services related to its cGMP-compliant Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This procurement is intended to supplement the LIMS system previously purchased and currently under configuration, specifically addressing ongoing licensing agreements necessary for the continued rollout and configuration of the Portal.
The additional software licensing and support are required to fully implement the functionality identified during the Site Process Analysis, close compliance gaps from the original procurement, and enable process improvements and efficiencies for the NIH–CC. NIH–CC has determined that only LabVantage Solutions, Inc. can meet the unique requirements for these particular services, in accordance with applicable statutory authority.
Interested organizations capable of fulfilling this requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration by the specified deadline. The final decision regarding competition for this procurement rests solely with the Government.
