The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, Albuquerque Area Office, intends to award a sole-source contract to Hill-Rom, Inc. for the maintenance and support of the Voalte Nurse Call System at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center. This contract will provide continued access to essential software, system support, and entitlement services necessary to maintain the operational functionality of the current Voalte Nurse Call System. The service program requires annual renewal to ensure uninterrupted access to these maintenance and support services.

The anticipated agreement will be a firm fixed-price contract covering a 12-month base period, with four additional option periods for renewal, allowing for a total potential contract period of up to five years. This procurement is justified under the authority permitting sole-source contracts when only one provider is authorized to provide the required proprietary support for the existing systems. Hill-Rom, Inc. is the exclusive provider authorized to extend, support, and integrate the Voalte Nurse Call System at this facility.
