The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort McCoy intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed-price order to InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of specific target parts. The requirement includes the supply of a MOTOR CONTROLLER, SERIES REVERSING, 180VDC, part number 104287, to support live fire training systems at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. These parts must be delivered FOB Destination within 120 days after contract award.
It has been determined that InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. is the only provider capable of supplying compatible components needed for the existing training systems. Other potential offerors may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration by the stated deadline. All vendors must demonstrate clear evidence of eligibility and capacity to fulfill this requirement. Only written, electronic responses will be considered, and vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
