The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract to Cadmium, the provider of the EthosCE Learning Management System, to provide continued CE/CME learning management system services for DHA medical and dental personnel. EthosCE is DHA's current CE/CME learning platform, hosting accredited learning activities, learner records, compliance tracking, reporting, and accreditation workflows. The contractor shall provide commercial CE/CME LMS platform access including hosting, platform configuration, technical support, and maintenance services for the EthosCE platform, supporting the management of accredited learning activities and compliance for DHA medical and dental personnel.
