(1) Vendor needs to provide intelligent transportation system Software. – Provide a comprehensive, integrated software solution (Solution) to operate and manage the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS).– Implement a fully integrated, turn–key software solution Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS)—that will provide development, customization, enhancements, installation, deployment, integration, training, ongoing support, and annual maintenance.– The ATMS must enable effective management of existing ITS devices, support incident detection and response with pre–defined plans, integrate operations, capture and report data, and provide flexibility for future expansion of both ITS device types and statewide coverage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026.
