South Carolina is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive, integrated software solution for the management and operation of its Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). The selected provider will be responsible for implementing a fully integrated, turn-key Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) that encompasses development, customization, enhancements, installation, deployment, integration, training, ongoing support, and annual maintenance.

The ATMS must facilitate effective management of existing ITS devices, support incident detection and coordinated response through pre-defined plans, integrate various operations, and ensure thorough data capture and reporting. Additionally, the solution should be designed with flexibility to accommodate future expansion, including new ITS device types and broader statewide coverage. This project is aimed at enhancing the efficiency, safety, and scalability of transportation management across South Carolina.
