(1) Vendor needs to provide integration strategy service for requirements, records, documents and data project.– Focused on assessment, analysis, and planning for a future enterprise compliance management system (ECMS) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) capability. – The work includes requirements analysis, market research, vendor evaluation, and development of a recommended implementation roadmap. – The contractor will assess options regarding commercial–off–the–shelf (COTS) enterprise compliance management system solutions and evaluate current business applications at agency for the creation of an integrated system to manage governance, risk, and compliance platforms, and provide the laboratory with a set of recommendations and a roadmap for implementing a solution that will serve as the laboratory's authoritative system of record for requirements management and contract compliance. – Evaluate leading commercial products that separately, or in combination, manage enterprise compliance processes related to areas such as records, documents, workflows, compliance, and risk. – A comprehensive market analysis of the enterprise compliance management system (ECMS) and governance, risk, and compliance software landscape.
