The State of Maine is seeking a qualified vendor to procure and implement a comprehensive, enterprise-class Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to replace its current system. The primary objectives include enhancing data quality, operational efficiency, cost recovery, compliance, and supporting long-term planning through a unified, web-based platform. Key functionalities required encompass work management, space and asset management, preventive maintenance, inventory, and utility tracking.
The solution must be fully web-based and mobile accessible, offering a highly configurable interface that integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. The administrative component should allow designated power users full access via single log-in credentials, web-based administration, multi-level security, and built-in help text and error messages. Secure data transfer methods, such as HTTPS, SCP, or SFTP, must be utilized, with vendors encouraged to propose additional secure alternatives as appropriate.
Interested proposers must submit any questions by February 20, 2026. The initial contract will span one year.
