(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated web–based electronic medical and health record and practice management system.– Enable management and staff to identify how we are helping our clients from a clinical perspective rather than simply providing a database of activities, events, and data points.– Improve resource management and manage population health.– Improve clinical–driven governance and decision support to assist the clinical workforce.– Ensure clinical decision–making support is driven by content, data, workflow, alerts received, and standard tracking practices.– Identify where we stand financially with minimal reliance on spreadsheets and other external tools and software.– Highly automated process that requires minimal manual processing.– Accurate and reliable built–in reports that are clear and easy to understand.– Forms, reports, and letters that print in a professional manner, are flexible and can be easily reconfigured, modified, or customized by management and staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
