(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated virtual care and virtual visit workflow management saas solution.– Provide a virtual visit workflow solution that will manage the automation, organization and communication of virtual meetings with patients.– A SaaS solution that will not require on premise data centre resources and will not require Health resources to develop, update, and maintain.– A solution that has or can meet Health’s Privacy and Security requirements.– A customizable workflow solution that has or can be piloted to prove its support of Health’s virtual acute care needs.– A solution that can integrate with Health’s technical ecosystem.– Enable cross–platform workflows to improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.– Enable data exchange to improve accessibility of information for patients and providers while maintaining data integrity.– Enable data export to facilitate the analysis of information collected to identify opportunities to improve patient care and service delivery.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 29, 2025.
